Aluminum Alloy 2024 is a high strength material used in a variety of critical industrial and commercial applications. In the annealed condition, it can be readily formed and machined to a high finish, working well for both hot and cold working and forging. This alloy can be welded through inert gas consumable electrode arc methods.
