Our Nickel Alloy 825 and Incoloy® 825 offers enhanced corrosion resistance for industries and applications that operate in extremely harsh environments. Featuring nickel-iron-chromium content, this alloy also includes small amounts of molybdenum, copper, and titanium. Similar to most of the alloys in the Incoloy® family, Nickel Alloy 825 is made from a unique chemical composition of 38-46% Ni, a minimum of 22% Fe, 19-23.5% Cr, 2.5-3.5% Mo, 1.5-3% Cu, maximum of 1% Mn, and 0.6-1.2% Ti. Nickel Alloy 825 is used in an array of industries and applications where superior corrosion resistance is vital to plant operations.

N/A Nickel Alloy 825 and Incoloy® 825 pipes are highly resistant to reduction and oxidation by sulfuric and phosphoric acid. With regards to structural integrity, it's a top choice for applications that require a high-level resistance against stress corrosion cracking. It prevents localized attacks from pitting and crevice corrosion while also highly resistant to nitric acid, nitrates, and oxidizing salt.

Sharing many chemical corrosion resistant characteristics from the Incoloy® family, our Nickel Alloy 825 pipes are sold to a variety of industries that require mission critical operation. As a premier metals supplier and distributor, we've sold tubing for numerous applications including chemical processing, pollution control, calorifiers, and oil and gas recovery. Our clients use Nickel Alloy 825 for the construction of hot vessels for food, water, and seawater processing, pickling tanks, and marine exhaust systems. It is also highly regarded for acid production, nuclear fuel processing, and radioactive waste handling.

Widely adopted and compliant with the most critical industrial standards used throughout the globe, Nickel Alloy 825 and Incoloy® 825 meet all ASTM, ASME, BS, SEW, DIN, EN, and ISO guidelines. Due to the popularity of the 825 group, we offer this material in additional forms such as tube, sheet, strip, plate, round bar, flat bar, forging stock, hexagon, and wire.
