Monel 400 is nickel-copper alloy with high strength and excellent corrosion resistance in a range of media including sea water, hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid and alkalies.
Monel 400 is used for marine engineering, chemical and hydrocarbon processing equipment, valves, pumps, shafts, fittings, fasteners and heat exchangers. Standard product forms are round, hexagon, flats, forging stock, pipe, tube, plate, sheet, strip and wire.

Nickel Alloy C276 is otherwise known as Hastelloy® C276, a wrought alloy containing varying amounts of nickel, molybdenum, and chromium. Used for environments where aggressive and localized corrosion attacks are prevalent, this alloy provides resistance to powerful oxidizers that is why it is widely used by chemical processing industries. Nickel Alloy C276 tubing provides protection from acids, seawater, hypochlorites, ferric and cupric chlorides, wet chlorine gas, and chlorine dioxide. It's also ideal for either organic or inorganic hot contaminated media.
Nickel Alloy 600, also known as Inconel® 600, is an extremely versatile nickel-chromium alloy capable of resisting oxidation in temperatures up to 2000 ºF (1093 ºC). It's also used in cryogenic environments, thanks to a minimum of 72% Nickel combined with chromium in its chemical composition. It exhibits corrosion resistance to both organic and inorganic compounds, as well as chloride-ion stress induced cracking. Nickel Alloy 600 is used in a variety of critical applications that require protection from corrosion and heat. It consists of 72% Ni, 14-17% Cr, 6-10% Fe, 1% Mn, and 0.5% Si.
Nickel Alloy 601 and Inconel® 601 is a general purpose alloy often used for a variety of engineering applications where resistance to heat and corrosion are vital. This nickel-chromium-iron alloy features an array of characteristics thanks to its high degree of metallurgical stability, good mechanical properties, and impressive creep rupture strength. It also exhibits good resistance to corrosion in aqueous environments. Consisting of 58-63% nickel, Nickel Alloy 601 includes a chemical content of 21-25% Cr, 1-1.7% Al, 1% Co, a balanced amount of Fe, a maximum of 1% Mn, 0.5% Si, 0.59% Si, and 0.015% S.
Combining high strength properties with ease of fabrication, Nickel Alloy 625 and Inconel® 625 is a popular nickel-chromium alloy used in nuclear power production, marine engineering, and aerospace. With the addition of molybdenum and niobium, Nickel Alloy 625 features enhanced strength characteristics. It offers outstanding thermal fatigue strength over a wide range of temperatures ranging from cryogenic to 1800 ºF (982 ºC). Nickel Alloy 625 is also resistant to oxidation as well as other corrosive elements. Nickel Alloy 625 is made with a minimum of 58% Nickel along with 20-23% Cr, 8-10% Mo, and 3.15-4.15% Nb. It also contains a maximum of 5% Fe, 1% Co, 0.50% Si, 0.15% P, and 0.15% S.
Within our 800 alloy family, we sell a unique nickel-iron-chromium alloy known as Incoloy® 800HT and Nickel Alloy 800HT that is designed to provide optimal performance at higher temperatures. While similar in characteristics to many other 800 alloys, 800HT offers the same chemical composition as Incoloy® 800H but with differing levels of carbon, aluminum, and titanium.

Alloy 925 is an age hardenable nickel based alloy that contains chromium and iron. Its composition offers a high level of strength and corrosion resistance. Often sold as Inconel® 925, alloy 925, it is known for a number of different unique properties including protection in oxidizing and reducing atmosphere, resistance to chloride ion stress-corrosion cracking, and excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion.
Inconel® X-750 is a nickel-chromium alloy similar to Inconel® alloy 600 but made precipitation hardenable by additions of aluminum and titanium. Inconel® X-750 has good resistance to corrosion and oxidation along with high tensile and creep-rupture properties at temperatures to about 1300 ºF (700 ºC). Its excellent relaxation resistance is useful for high-temperature springs and bolts. Inconel® X-750 is used in gas turbines, rocket engines, nuclear reactors, pressure vessels, tooling and aircraft.
