Within our 800 alloy family, we sell a unique nickel-iron-chromium alloy known as Incoloy® 800HT and Nickel Alloy 800HT that is designed to provide optimal performance at higher temperatures. While similar in characteristics to many other 800 alloys, 800HT offers the same chemical composition as Incoloy® 800H but with differing levels of carbon, aluminum, and titanium.

Additional Information

N/A Featured for its superior oxidation, sulfidation, and carburization resistance, Incoloy® 800HT piping is composed of 39.5% minimum Fe, 30-35% Nickel, 19-23% Cr, 0.85-1.20% Al+Ti, and 0.06-0.10% C. Incoloy® 800HT and Nickel Alloy 800HT are extremely resistant to prolonged exposure to high-temperature corrosion or aqueous corrosion at moderate temperatures. These pipes feature higher creep and rupture properties in environments above 1100 ºF (600 ºC), providing superior structural integrity for industries that require high-temperature operations.

It is readily machined using standard methods or pipe fabrication techniques and, as a result, widely deployed in high-temperature settings where manufacturability is equally important. Used in a variety of industries, Incoloy® 800HT, and Nickel 800HT are used in hydrocarbon cracking, heat-treating equipment, pressure vessels and heat exchangers, industrial furnace and boiler equipment, chemical, and petrochemical processing.

Incoloy® 800HT is capable of meeting more than 40 critical industrial standards from organizations such as ASTM, ASME, BS, SEW, DI, EN, and ISO. As a result, we provide both Incoloy® 800HT and Nickel Alloy 800HT in a variety of alternative forms including tube, sheet, strip, plate round bar, flat bar, forging stock, hexagon, and wire. All of our piping is stocked and sold direct as well as available customized to your specifications. Serving a variety of applications throughout the globe, Incoloy® 800HT pipe is widely adopted for performance-oriented applications involving critical temperature exposure cycles.
